Der letzte Anstoß - The final kick

Heute traf ein internes Missionsteam aus dem Westen in Berlin ein, um eine letzte Kickoff-Verteilaktion zu starten. Sämtliches noch nicht verteilte Kickoff-Material, das vom ganzen Land nach Berlin geschickt wurde, wurde heute Nachmittag ins Auto gepackt, zusammen mit 6 Jugendlichen aus dem Ruhrgebiet, zwei jungen Damen aus Berlin und David Bowles, dem Nationalen Jugendsekretär. Drei Stunden lang verteilten sie Tausende von Flyern in Briefkästen der Hochhäuser im Ostteil der Stadt: der letzte Anstoß dieser WM-Aktion einer besonderen Art.

Today an internal mission team from the West arrived in Berlin to distribute Kickoff-materials for the last time. Everything that had not been given out in other parts of the country was sent to Berlin, and this was packed into a car this afternoon along with 6 young people from the Ruhrgebiet, 2 young ladies from Berlin and the National Youth Secretary, David Bowles. For three hours they distributed leaflets in the mailboxes of the high-rise appartments in the East of the city: the final kick for this special World Cup effort.
